Individuals

People who feel something needs to change.

I work with people going through a transition, a decision, something they want to change, or the feeling that the way they've been living is no longer enough.

My perspective

A perspective that connects reflection and action.

After more than 15 years accompanying change processes, I've learned that behind every decision, habit or way of doing things there is a story, a context and a particular way of seeing the world.

I believe that knowing ourselves better helps us choose with more intention. And that those reflections make sense when we can put them into practice — in our decisions and in the way we see and do things.

Ways of working

We can start from different places.

Every process is unique. We can work together one-on-one, explore questions in a group, or you can join a more structured program.

Individual support

A 1:1 space to think, get clarity and dare to move — at your own pace, with no generic formulas. We can work on a decision, a professional or personal transition, a project that moves you, a habit, or the feeling of being at a moment of change.

Workshops and programs

Group spaces to explore these questions alongside others going through similar processes. They combine individual reflection, exchange with other people and practical tools to bring ideas into everyday life.

My method

VERBOEvery change starts with an action.

VERBO is the method I developed to accompany that process: moving from reflection to action, understanding how we work and finding possible moves for our reality.
